For individuals and families
Support at home, at a pace that feels right
Whether you are planning ahead or something has changed suddenly, deciding on care can feel overwhelming. We will listen first, explain things clearly and help you find support that keeps the person you love safe, comfortable and as independent as possible.

How we can help
Support built around a life, not a schedule
Every plan starts with the person: what they enjoy, how they like their day to run, and what would make the biggest difference.
- Companionship and help staying connected with the community
- Help with meals, light household tasks and shopping
- Support with personal care, delivered with dignity and privacy
- Prompting and support with medication, in line with the care plan
- Respite to give family carers time to rest
Before agreeing any support, we will confirm honestly whether we can provide what you need in your area.

Questions
Questions families often ask
We don’t know exactly what kind of help is needed. Can we still talk to you?
Yes. Most people don’t when they first get in touch. We will ask some gentle questions, explain the options and help you think through what might work.
Can family members be involved in planning care?
Absolutely, with the consent of the person receiving support. Many families like to join the initial conversation and reviews.
What if needs change?
Support is reviewed regularly and whenever something changes, such as after a hospital stay. Plans can be increased, reduced or paused.
How is care paid for?
Care can be privately funded or arranged through other routes such as a local authority. We are happy to explain how it works with us and signpost you to independent advice.
Should I include medical details in the enquiry form?
No, please don’t. We only need general details to get in touch. Health information is discussed privately and recorded securely once you decide to go ahead.
